Meet Dr. Victor L. Stanley

Pastor, educator, and Director of Pastoral Care & Leadership Formation at 1322 Foundation.

Dr. Victor L. Stanley is a seasoned pastor, educator, and leadership counselor dedicated to helping churches and faith-based organizations lead with excellence. With a Doctor of Ministry in Leadership from Liberty University and more than four decades of ministry, including twenty-eight years on the pastoral staff of Calvary Baptist Church in Woodbridge, Virginia (ten as Pastor of Christian Education & Worship and eighteen as Senior Pastor), he equips leaders to serve with integrity, strategy, and spiritual maturity.

An Adjunct Professor at Liberty University’s Rawlings School of Divinity, Dr. Stanley blends academic insight with real-world ministry experience. He serves leaders and organizations across the United States and around the world through pastoral counsel, leadership coaching, organizational assessments, and executive guidance grounded in Scripture.
